What are Paint Markers?

A marker is a popular and convenient writing tool that is used for various clerical, office, technical tasks, as well as for drawing art projects. Most often, paint pens are made using alcohol, water, and oil bases. This ensures the safety of use since such bases make markers non-toxic, odorless, but the designs they create remain durable. This is a perfect gift for artists and professional painters striving to free their inner creativity, as you can use multi-surface markers for coverage of completely different types of work

The scope of use of paint pens is incredibly wide: from recreational activities, educational lessons, business notes, to creating art objects for exhibitions in art galleries, creating decor items, unique accessories, and painting clothing.

How to Use Paint Pens?

  1. Make sure the drawing surface is completely clean and smooth enough to distribute the ink evenly
  2. Shake a paint pen vigorously without removing the cap
  3. Activate a marker (pump up)
  4. After priming, you can start drawing right away
  5. In some cases, you need to reactivate a paint pen if you have not used it for some time.

Since a marker is a versatile tool, you can use it on many surfaces : paper, canvas, skateboard, wood, fabric, metal, plastic, ceramics, glass, pottery, porcelain.

Let the background dry completely before moving on to creating the actual design. If a design requires multiple layers of paint, remember to wait until the previous layer is completely dry before applying new parts of the design over it.
