Shipping

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business day. Delivery takes 3-5 business days. Free shipping within USA.

Please note that we ship the order only once. So, if during the purchase you give us the wrong address, unfortunately we will not be able to make a refund and send the product to another address.

BUYER PROVIDED THE WRONG ADDRESS 

In case a buyer provided the wrong address and the item returned to a merchant due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer has to pay for the next shipping otherwise merchant has the right to withhold original shipping charges from the refund.

IMPORT DUTY PAYMENTS

If you take international shipment, you are responsible for handling any duties and taxes incurred, and will need to work with customs to settle any amounts owed.

CONTRACTORS AND THE MERCHANT ARE INDEPENDENT

You acknowledge and agree that Artistro (“Merchant”) does not itself offer delivery services nor is it a common carrier (“Contractor”) and has no responsibility or liability for the acts of Contractor that you have selected for delivery of your order.

You agree that the goods that you purchase from the Merchant will be delivered by the Contractor you have selected and that, for delivery orders, the Contractor will be directed by your instructions to transport the products to your designated delivery location.

 

Returns

We have a 365 -day 100% satisfaction warranty if you have purchased Artistro product(s) directly from our store www.artistro.com or from other marketplaces operating by the company "Zz Top LLC", which is the primary distributor of Artistro products. If you purchase Artistro product(s) from a reseller, you shall ask for refund at that particular store as we will not accept it. When processing store refund, we will request your original order number, so please have it handy.

Your complete satisfaction is our prior goal. It is of the utmost importance to us that our products completely meet your expectations.

Depending on the situation you will get a Refund, Partial Refund, Exchange or Store credit.

U.S. Customers: You have 4 options when making a return:

  1. Full Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:
    - Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    - Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery
  3. Exchange: Artistro will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us.
  4. Store Credit: If you want to make a return and it is past the 30-day delivery date, you will receive a store credit that you can use at artistro.com at checkout.
    Items not eligible for a refund:
    - Gift cards
    - Orders received over 30 days ago (store credit will be issued, instead)

Gift Returns

If you wish to return a product that was gifted to you, please procure the receipt from the purchaser in order to process the return.

Artistro will cover the cost of shipping (items are returned via USPS).

We will provide you with a USPS label and all you have to do is drop it off at any USPS location. Once the item is delivered, we will process the refund.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses?

Yes we do Ship to P.O. boxes as well as APO/FPO.
