I absolutely love these markers. They are wonderful to use when painting rocks. The colors are awesome! The fine tips make doing fine details so simple. I think I have about 18 different sets of them now.

I love your paint pens. I have used them the last couple of years. My shipment came separately. When I called to inquire the person who answered just said hello. They didn’t say the company name. When I asked if I had the right number he was snarky. He proceeded to tell me to call amazon. I ordered directly from your company. I told him that I would call them, but when I called back I would hope to speak to someone else. The gentleman answering your phone is unprofessional, lacks customer service qualities, and was unfamiliar with your product. He called me back. He was more helpful after my comment. I love your paint pens. They are great. My daughter is an art teacher and swears by your products. However, if your customer service doesn’t improve I may try another company in the future.
